If you want to cancel your trip with Chariots of Fire Niagara Falls Tours for any reason
we will provide an 80% refund provided you notify us by email or phone 48 hours before
the scheduled tour date and time of departure. For groups of 20 or more, two weeks advance cancellation
notice is required. A 20% processing fee applies. If you do not notify us about your cancellation or fail to show up for your tour
we are unable to refund any of your money.Chariots of Fire Niagara Falls Tours is not responsible for any personal injury, damage or loss of property during the tour.Chariots of Fire Niagara Falls Tours reserves the right to substitute vehicles and modify the tour schedule/itinerary
as required for safety, traffic, emergencies and other unforeseen conditions.
